This is the final version of the digipak:
After the studio shoot and my font research Alex and I were ready to start creating the final version of the digi pack.
At first, before the studio shoot Alex edited this abstracted photo of Kate (the singer) and I tried to work on that.
However, the style of the writing and the colour palette simply did not match our music video’s vibe so that is when we decided to do the shoot.
Having the professional photos that we needed, we managed to create a digi pack that is perfectly suitable for the song. It has that trippy-hippie vibe to it that we have beet trying to visualise this whole project.
The green tone makes it look psychedelic and saves the image from looking too dramatic. To end up with this result Alex edited the pictures and afterwards I digitally drew the writing on my iPad. To manage to know exactly how to write it I had to try it out a couple of times:
I choose, at the end, to use the light grey tone for the final version of the font to have contrast from the background which is dark and to match is with the colour palette of the initial photo.
